I sit down. I just don’t know anymore. I am just sitting here. It’s late and it’s dark and they told me to go downstairs and just sit still at the kitchen table. I am not sure who told me that, but someone did.

Well, so I did. You see, I had eaten dinner and the thing was and is that I eat too much food. I was so hungry and I started to make dinner. I made soup, then I made salad, and the salad had chicken in it, and hard-boiled eggs in it, and tomatoes in it, and then I added bacon bits, and it also had gorgonzola cheese. Yes, it had that kind of cheese, and the thing about that kind of cheese, like gorgonzola cheese, is that as soon as you open the gorgonzola cheese, the whole room smells like gorgonzola cheese. There is nothing you can do about it.

So, then I made the soup and the soup was boiling. It was chicken soup from a container, and then I saw the leftover rice in the fridge and then I fried up the rice with some scissor-cut pieces of bacon, because the bacon gives the frying pan some fat, and then I put more diced tomatoes in the rice and some different kinds of cheese, and all that was going on and I was hungry and I had not drunk enough water, so I had two big glasses of water and then I kept cooking.

It was getting darker outside too and it was just me at home in the kitchen and I am not lonely. I don’t know where everyone else was. So, I was making the food for myself and I was listening to the radio playing music. I don’t know what kind of music. It was just music and instruments and no one was singing. Oh, instrumental—that kind of music. I remember.

So, anyway, I ate all the food by myself and now I am full. I do want something sweet to eat because I think that will calm my stomach down and not make me feel so full. I also keep scratching my nose a lot. I think I’ve made a mark on my nose bridge.

But anyway, tomorrow is going to be a nice day. That is what they are saying. Wait, I think I hear someone walking upstairs and I thought I was home alone. I did eat all the food and what if the person walking upstairs is hungry and comes downstairs because they smell the food and then I have eaten it all up and there is nothing left except just me sitting here at the kitchen table not doing anything, just waiting and with my stomach so full and I haven’t eaten any ice cream yet and it’s a lot to keep on straight. I should slow down and not eat so much and so fast. I stand up and that’s what happened.
